Megapari Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules & Player Agreement

01Introduction

Welcome to Megapari. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Megapari ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the website at megapari.cash and all services, games, and features available through it.

Megapari is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, live card games including Teen Patti, crash games including Aviator, fishing games, slots, sports betting, and cricket betting to players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are accessible via the megapari.cash website.

By accessing megapari.cash, creating an account, making any deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Megapari platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with Megapari's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Megapari.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a Megapari account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Megapari does not permit use by any person under the age of 18, regardless of whether the activity in question would be legal under any other applicable law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a natural person. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Megapari account under any name, email address, mobile number, or device.
• You must provide accurate, true, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any additional information requested during account verification.
• You must maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of a third party when using Megapari.

Megapari reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

03Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Megapari account. This one-account policy exists to ensure the integrity of Megapari's bonus system, fair play environment, and player verification processes. The following account rules apply to all Megapari users:

• Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account whether or not you personally authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Megapari immediately at support@megapari.cash.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access Megapari services.
• Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, all associated bonuses forfeited, and pending withdrawals held pending investigation.
• Megapari reserves the right to merge accounts that are determined to belong to the same individual and to apply a single bonus entitlement to the merged account.
• You may close your Megapari account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements being met.

Megapari reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where Terms violations are suspected or confirmed, where regulatory obligations require it, or where continued operation of the account would present a risk to other players or to the platform's integrity.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Megapari are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Megapari supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your Megapari balance instantly. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Megapari does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside Megapari's control.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 minutes of submission. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within 3 hours. Megapari does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Withdrawals will only be processed once account identity verification requirements have been met.
• Megapari reserves the right to request proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa account) before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 in a single calendar month.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see the Bonuses section below.
• Megapari reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where a fair play investigation is ongoing.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Megapari offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time each offer is issued. The following general bonus rules apply across all Megapari promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be met before the bonus amount or winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each individual offer — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period and are removed from your account without compensation.
• Megapari reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or limit its availability at any time. Active bonuses already accepted by players will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except through the normal wagering-requirement completion process.

Specific bonus offers may have additional terms — including game restrictions, minimum odds requirements for sports bets, or maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. These additional terms are always stated in the individual offer communication. If there is any inconsistency between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer's terms take precedence for that offer only.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Megapari, including sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, Teen Patti, Aviator, slots, and fishing games:

• All bets must be placed using available real-money balance or eligible bonus balance. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In live betting, bets are confirmed at the point they are accepted — in-play conditions may mean acceptance is delayed by a brief review period.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may differ between real-money and bonus-play bets.
• Megapari reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a disputed result — for example where a sporting event result is under official review — Megapari may withhold payment until the official governing body confirms the final result.
• For live casino games and Teen Patti, the rules specific to each game variant apply and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
• For Aviator and other crash-format games, the provably fair algorithm governing each round's crash point is verifiable by players. Megapari does not manipulate crash points post-bet placement.

Megapari uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all non-crash-format casino games. The RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party auditors and ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.

07Fair Play Policy

Megapari is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer games such as Teen Patti.
• Bot Use: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or make gaming decisions on your behalf.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or exploiting promotional mechanics in ways that were clearly not intended by the offer design.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed sporting result. Megapari cooperates with sporting integrity organisations and will report suspected match-fixing activity.
• Money Laundering: Using Megapari for any money laundering activity. Megapari applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and reports suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.

08Responsible Gaming

Megapari takes its responsibility to player welfare seriously. Gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — and we want to make sure it stays that way for everyone using our platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Megapari players from account settings, without any requirement to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, further betting is paused until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time-based notifications that remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). The account resumes automatically at the end of the period. This cannot be reversed mid-period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Megapari account. This takes effect immediately and is irreversible. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

09Privacy & Data

Megapari collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a Megapari account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The key points are:

• Megapari collects only the personal and financial data necessary to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• Your data is not sold to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with payment processing partners and identity verification providers only to the extent necessary to process your transactions and verify your account.
• Megapari uses SSL encryption (256-bit) for all data transmission between your device and the platform's servers.

10Liability & Disputes

Megapari provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to megapari.cash and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or errors beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or a transaction, the following process applies:

• Contact Megapari customer support at support@megapari.cash within 30 days of the disputed event.
• Provide your account details, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of your dispute.
• Megapari will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Complex cases may require longer.
• If you are not satisfied with Megapari's resolution, you may escalate to our formal complaints process — details available on request from customer support.

Megapari's liability to any player in connection with any dispute is limited to the return of the relevant stake amount. Megapari does not accept liability for consequential losses, loss of profits, or any indirect or special damages arising from use of the platform.

11Changes to These Terms

Megapari reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on their account and/or via a prominent notice on megapari.cash at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor updates (such as clarifications of existing rules) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Megapari platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
